Brian T. Brault

Brian Brault is AFS’ founder and CEO. After over two decades in business AFS is still growing by the same basic principles engrained into its very fiber by Brian at the very beginning; a deep passion to do whatever it takes to satisfy the customer and a steadfast commitment to always operate by the highest standards and integrity. A personable and outgoing leader, Brian is respected and admired by customers, colleagues, and employees alike. Despite his demanding schedule, he rarely comes to work without a smile on his face and always makes time for someone in need. Outside of AFS he is an active member of the Young Entrepreneurs Group’s Buffalo Chapter and sits on the board of Crisis Services. Brian is also active with his Church. In 2003, Brian was named to Business First’s 40 Under 40 List but of all his accomplishments he is most proud of AFS’ listing on Inc. 500’s Fastest Growing Privately Owned Companies in 2003 and its inclusion on Business First’s Best Places to Work in WNY. In addition to AFS, Brian is the CEO and owner of Pure Solutions, LLC. which provides allergy friendly environment solutions to the hotel and hospitality industry.


Albert Brault

Al has an impressive resume with more than twenty-five years of human resource experience in leadership and staff roles, including serving as Director of Human Resources at the University of Rochester and Director for the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies at Cornell University. In 2002 Al put his retirement on indefinite hold to assist the company with its business performance, infrastructure, and leadership development as a Business Analyst. In 2009 Al took the reigns and began serving as AFS’ President. Since his elevation to President, he has renewed focus on the basic principles that have been the cornerstone of AFS’ success; growth, customer service, employee accountability and fiscal responsibility.   


Christopher Brown

Prior to joining AFS in 2009 Chris Brown held multiple top Accounting positions in all types of industries including: manufacturing, service, and hospitality. His diverse background, coupled with the complex challenges faced throughout his career made him an excellent choice for AFS’ top financial position. A graduate of Hilbert College, Chris has amassed an impressive reputation among auditors, bankers, and financial institutions as a bright, experienced accounting professional that ensures his organization’s interests. Chris is highly engaged in the Operational side of the business and feels that this knowledge is pivotal in his role. This developed knowledge ensures that customers benefit from complete, accurate invoices, as well as, prompt responses to inquires from customers.


Rita Chase-Brown
Human Resource Manager    
   
     

With an operational support and customer service background, Rita Chase-Brown was a perfect fit for her first position with AFS as Operational Assistant in 1997. Rita has moved up the career ladder rapidly, holding various administrative support positions before finally settling into a Human Resource Management role in 2000. Her original operational background has proven extremely valuable in her current position. Rita and her staff dedicated significant time and energy in the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and programs in support of a growing organization, among them a comprehensive recruiting process, a cutting edge wage and salary program, and employee development and training programs. Rita and her team’s number one goal is to make AFS a great place to work.
