Prior to accepting a position with the company, Jeff Brault was a successful entrepreneur and manager. Early on in his career with AFS, Jeff was entrusted responsibility for one of the most challenging and demanding divisions of the organization which, in turn, developed into one of the company’s most successful. He was promoted to Regional Director of the Greater Rochester, NY area in 2003 and assumed to role of Director of Specialty Services for Rochester and Buffalo in 2009. In this role Jeff oversees and directs the operations of a diverse group of services that include high level cleaning, lot sweeping, post-construction cleaning and grounds maintenance. His wide-ranging knowledge in these specialized areas ensures that our customers are well-served with strong, experienced leadership.

Michelle Ciancone has been a vital member of AFS’ Administrative Staff for the past eight years. Before assuming her present role and for the majority of her career with AFS, Michelle held the position of Accounting Supervisor. In this capacity she developed a thoroughly impressive understanding of our Operations and demonstrated superior customer service skills with both her internal and external customers. In 2009 Michelle was aggressively recruited for the Operations Support Center Manager position as she was generally considered the ideal fit by all of her colleagues. As anticipated the skills, experience, and knowledge that made her great in her Accounting role made her an exceptional Operations Support Center Manager. Michelle’s presence in this position has further elevated the attentive and responsive service that our customers have come to expect and rely upon.

Brian Donnelly is one of the company’s great success stories! An AFS associate for over a decade, Brian has developed and advanced through the janitorial ranks. Beginning his career on the front line, he has reached the summit and now manages the janitorial business in WNY. Leading the company’s largest employee population in one of the most widespread service regions, Brian also manages a happy and gratified customer base. How does he do it? He is able to keep this demanding business running smooth with the help of a strong supervisory support structure dedicated to outstanding customer service.
